Julianne was born in Jamaica WI. She migrated to New York City in 1994 where she received a BS Degree in Corporate Communications from Baruch College – City University of New York and an Associate in Business Management also from CUNY. She began career in Hospitality when she joined the opening team of Ian Schrager’s prestigious Hudson Hotel in the year 2000, working as a GSA and later transitioned into Sales Event Management working for brands such as the original Thompson Hotels, Denihan, Interstate Hotels, and Accor and with corporate housing companies, Furnished Quarters and Lyric. She is a self-motivated and organized leader who takes pride in her ability to leave a personal touch with her clients, while helping to build the brands she was afforded to represent. Throughout her career she has garnered client relationships across multiple industries including Financial, Entertainment, Technology, Not for Profit, and Leisure travel markets. Developing new business for new hotel openings, exceeding her goals to the tune of Millions annually. She is a lover of all things travel and the experiences she has gained meeting people from all over the world. Julianne is an avid news watcher, she loves sifi movies, autobiographies, historical documentaries and she has discovered a love and curiosity of the Universe, spending time with her family and friends. Fun fact: you can’t keep her off any dance floor.

Tomika has a history of challenging the status quo and has served on several taskforces for top hotels. Her reputation for results has made her a top choice for hotels throughout NY. Through her strong relationships that she has built and cultivated over years, along with her deep knowledge of NY’s world-renowned hospitality market, she offers a true competitive advantage. Tomika holds two advanced degrees, an MBA with a focus on Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Justice and Security Administration. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Bernard M. Baruch College with a BA in Business Management.
