KRUGER NATIONAL PARK – SOUTH AFRICA

Kruger Park is one of South Africa’s most interesting African safari destinations.

The national park has all the biggest wildlife species popularly known as the big 5. These include the lion, buffalo, elephant, rhino and leopard. The Kruger National Park is home to over 12,000 elephants, 27,000 African Buffalo, 2,000 leopards and 2,800 lions. It’s also regarded as the best place in the world to see a leopard.

The best time to visit Kruger National Park is at the beginning or end of the region’s dry season, which falls between April and September. During Kruger’s dry season, temperatures are mostly pleasant. Steeped in legend and history, the iconic Kruger National Park in South Africa is waiting for you to explore its vast landscapes and spectacular African wildlife.

MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE – KENYA

This is one of the biggest and most attractive parks in Kenya. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers.

The great wildebeest migration, which happens between July to September, is one of the most phenomenal natural spectacles in the world. It is an annual movement by millions of wildebeest, accompanied by large numbers of zebra, Grant’s gazelle, Thompson’s gazelle, elands and impalas across the greater Maasai Mara-Serengeti ecosystem.

Botswana is a landlocked country in Southern Africa located north of South Africa. The country is sparsely populated because up to 70% of the country is covered by the Kalahari Desert. Botswana is a wild and unspoiled country, home of the famous Kalahari desert, as well as grasslands, savannahs and the capital city of Gaborone.

The Okavango Delta has very special wildlife diversity and it’s correctly regarded as one of Africa’s best safari places all year round. Camps and lodges are of exceptional standard. Their lodges are particularly well suited for first-timers to Africa.

Zanzibar, also known as the Spice Islands, is the home of idyllic beaches, balmy weather & warm tropical waters. This archipelago is renowned for clear warm waters, coral reefs and rich marine diversity making it a perfect under-water destination for snorkelling and diving.

The best time to visit Zanzibar is during the archipelago’s dry season, from July to September, which is a very popular time to travel.

Marrakesh and Casablanca – morocco

Marrakesh, a former imperial city in western Morocco, is a major economic center and home to mosques, palaces and gardens. The medina is a densely packed, walled medieval city dating to the Berber Empire of the 12th century.

Marrakech is the most visited place in Morocco, which is the most visited country in Africa, but despite its status as a tourist magnet, the city isn’t resting on its laurels. … May is a good time to visit Marrakech but if the fierce heat of summer has arrived early, then head for the hills.

VICTORIA FALLS – Zambia and Zimbabwe 

The falls straddles Zimbabwe to the west and Zambia to the east. You can access it from either country, via the town of Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe or Livingstone in Zambia.

One exceptional fact is that the main falls form the highest, widest sheet of continually falling water in the world – twice as high as Niagara Falls and around 500m/1,640ft wider.
